This read much like a sermon, and I loved it!

I was able to take notes without having to write down the one liner. It flowed easily, from point to point.

​Pastor Cooper, a missionary to Brazil, writes like the sages of a different time, but in a way that perfectly meshes with the era we live in. What an eye opener!

He walks the reader through the rich biblical history of Martha, Mary and their brother, Lazarus. In the doing, the book specifically helped me find balance in my own life as being a servant of Jesus Christ as well as being His child, and learning all I can from Him and applying it to my life in the best ways, and how to balance the two different aspects effectively.
